Panel Jumper - Big Polka Dots (Black or Red)

This jumper is made by a Hawaii based company in 100% cotton and is cleverly cut in panels.  It falls to the knee with side pockets.  The sleeves and the hem have elastic for added comfort and to define the shape.  Wear it as a jumper or as a sleeveless dress. Fits up to Size 14.
